As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, code, and enhance components across various systems and applications. A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll is required, alongside strong knowledge of payroll processing and related SAP business processes. Proficiency in customizing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll modules, along with the ability to troubleshoot payroll calculation and integration issues, is essential. Familiarity with SAP development tools and a good understanding of data security and compliance in payroll processing are also expected. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory qualification.
