Seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to craft tailored software solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will deliver scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with specific business objectives. The position emphasizes expertise in automated testing and the development of robust testing frameworks.

This role is integral to ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective testing practices and seamless CI/CD integration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development and DevOps, is key to supporting continuous testing initiatives.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts and reusable automation frameworks for web applications and APIs. Execute various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and technical testing, while diligently identifying and resolving defects. Partner with development, DevOps, and other teams to champion continuous testing and CI/CD integration. Create and manage essential test documentation, strategies, and detailed execution reports. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on automation best practices.

Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on automation testing. Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver (Java), Cucumber BDD, Rest Assured, Postman, and Core Java. Solid understanding of automation framework development, test design patterns, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with source control, build, and deployment tools within Agile environments. Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and debug applications effectively. Must be willing to work from the Hinjewadi client location 3 days per week, with shift timings from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Must be based in Pune or open to relocation.
