This role involves using AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, test creation, and troubleshooting within SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. The emphasis is on seamless integration, delivering high-quality outcomes, and boosting productivity through AI, without requiring deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business needs into robust SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to accelerate analysis and documentation.

Support the full delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns and APIs.

Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to improve finance processes. Employ AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and rapid issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions enhanced by AI insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting (AA), Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation/compliance.

Demonstrate experience integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD modules. Hold hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing. Understand fundamental AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services (model training, RAG, or agentic development are not required).

Apply AI capabilities for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in finance processes and data. Possess clear communication abilities and a collaborative spirit with both business and technical teams. Be adept at translating business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and comfort in adopting AI-enabled workflows.

A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required, along with 15 years of full-time education.
