Independently perform tasks and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application development requirements. Maintain and optimize existing applications for enhanced efficiency and user experience. Document development processes and application configurations for knowledge transfer. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their development.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is essential for this role. Candidates must possess a strong proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA and experience in customizing SAP applications to meet specific business needs. A solid understanding of database concepts and the ability to optimize code for performance in HANA environments are required. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications is expected. Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP systems with other enterprise applications is beneficial. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and best practices in coding and testing is necessary. A prerequisite of 15 years of full-time education is required.
