Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, a role focused on developing innovative SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. This position leverages AI-assisted development tools to streamline financial processes, enhance integration, and ensure high-quality delivery. You'll contribute to accelerating financial analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting, all while embracing AI-enabled productivity without requiring deep model development.

Key responsibilities include configuring and enhancing core SAP FI components like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Asset Accounting. You will translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations using AI copilots and support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare. Integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules and external systems is also crucial.

Furthermore, you will utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, generating test scripts, and optimizing documentation. Applying pre-built AI services for anomaly detection and intelligent validations will be key. You'll also use AI tools for financial data interpretation and faster issue resolution, ensuring adherence to SDLC, audit controls, and system performance standards.

A strong foundation in SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and Banking, is essential. Proven experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required. Additionally, hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is necessary.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to finance processes and data, coupled with clear communication abilities. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are highly valued. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement for this role.
