We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance system components. This role involves leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies to build scalable, high-performing solutions that address specific business requirements.

As part of the daily workflow, you will collaborate with team members, adapt to project evolutions, and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in software development.

Independently perform tasks and develop subject matter expertise. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Maintain and enhance existing software for improved performance and reliability. Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Demonstrated proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile practices. Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Familiarity with SAP integration techniques and data exchange protocols. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance is required. Requires 15 years of full-time education.
