Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery, applying GenAI and Agentic AI to tackle complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include hands-on coding in Java Spring boot, Python, and front-end development with React or Angular. You will partner with senior architects on scalable, cloud-native application design, build integrations using APIs and microservices, and implement applications across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Further duties involve implementing practical AI features, collaborating with DevOps on containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing applications for performance and security. Continuous learning on full-stack trends, cloud technologies, and AI advancements is essential.

This position requires 5 to 12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role. Essential skills include strong proficiency in Java Spring boot and Python for backend, and hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is mandatory. Basic exposure to AI/ML integration, practical experience with integration patterns, microservices architecture, and familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (e.g., Terraform) are required.

Candidates should possess strong debugging and problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, and an eagerness to learn new technologies. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
