Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing and enhancing software components. You'll leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with specific business objectives. This role involves designing, coding, and improving systems and applications.

Develop comprehensive test strategies, define new test cases, and implement automated test suites. Analyze and interpret test results, collaborating with technical experts to optimize testing processes. Conduct testing for infotainment system features, including Media, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Navigation, working closely with customers and partners.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in testing and validation within the automotive sector is required. Proficiency in test automation using Python or C# is essential. You should have hands-on experience assembling test benches (HIL) and be comfortable with hardware and electrical components. Strong knowledge of Vector tools such as CANoe and CANape, along with experience in Confluence, Jira, and DOORs, is expected. Familiarity with Ethernet, CAN, and LIN protocols, along with system and sub-system knowledge of Automotive ECUs, is crucial. Experience in requirement understanding, configuration management, bug tracking, and change management tools is also required. The ability to create test strategies, plan tests, and enable tooling is important. Guidance and mentoring to teams regarding technology usage are part of this role. Excellent teamwork, strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills are necessary. You should possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
