As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting bespoke software solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing system components to meet specific business needs.

Utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you will deliver scalable and high-performing applications. The focus is on creating tailored solutions that drive efficiency and innovation for our clients.

Deliver robust, enterprise-grade integrations and manage technical interactions throughout the client lifecycle.

Lead technical discussions with clients, collaborating closely with architects, delivery managers, and project managers. Oversee technical development and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively, providing post-deployment support for integration-related challenges. Assess integration needs, propose solutions, and articulate the integration process and capabilities.

A Bachelor's degree is required, coupled with at least 8 years of comprehensive software development experience.

Demonstrate over 5 years of client-facing experience in integration and/or implementation roles, covering areas like software development, networking, and operations.

Proficiency in Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or a similar IPaaS is highly desirable. Experience with Java, PHP, or Python, along with web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, is expected. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL is also important.

Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented approach. The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills are essential.
