This role focuses on developing and enhancing custom software solutions, specifically within SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. The position emphasizes integration, quality delivery, and AI-enabled productivity, utilizing AI tools to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting.

The core of the role involves designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting capabilities. You'll work with AI-assisted development tools to streamline financial processes. While not requiring deep model development, the role focuses on practical application of AI for enhanced productivity and efficient financial operations.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to accelerate analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery throughout the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns and APIs. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configuration, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to improve finance processes. Leverage AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution. Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions, enhanced by AI insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to the development of reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and AI-assisted development best practices.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation & Compliance. Demonstrated experience integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing tools is necessary. Possess a foundational understanding of AI concepts, its limitations, responsible AI usage, and practical application of pre-built AI services (model training, RAG, or agentic development are not the focus). Ability to effectively use AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills specifically within finance processes and data. Possess clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams. Demonstrate the ability to translate complex business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are crucial. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
