This position involves developing custom software, independently becoming a subject matter expert, and actively participating in team discussions. You'll contribute to problem-solving, collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, and maintain/update existing software components for optimal performance. Documentation of designs and processes is also key, alongside mentoring junior team members.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience, particularly in ESRI ArcGIS. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, and excellent communication skills for technical concepts are required. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this role.
