Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD). You will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP SD processes, utilizing AI-powered development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

This role emphasizes delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions. You'll integrate pre-built AI services where beneficial and boost productivity through AI assistance, rather than focusing on deep AI model development, RAG, or agentic AI systems.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Shipment Processing, Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, and Returns & Refunds. Leverage AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, automating test case generation, and accelerating documentation creation.

Support end-to-end implementation cycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems via standard APIs and middleware. Utilize AI-enabled tools for process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation.

A strong understanding of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures, is essential. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with cross-module dependencies, is required. Familiarity with master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is also necessary.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools is a key requirement. You should be able to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows and possess an understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations, particularly within commercial workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios, the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations, and effective communication and collaboration skills are also vital.
