Develop and implement advanced AI-native Oracle solutions. This role focuses on building bespoke AI applications and agents on OCI, tailored to specific customer data and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) processes. The goal is to leverage AI to enhance and augment existing Oracle workflows.

Architect and deliver AI-native Oracle solutions, focusing on building and running custom AI apps/agents on OCI. Design and build AI solutions that enhance Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) scenarios using OCI AI services and data platforms. Implement end-to-end RAG/agent patterns, including ingestion, embedding, vector search, and grounded generation. Define and integrate evaluation metrics and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines. Engineer secure deployments with OCI IAM, network isolation, and secrets management. Operate AI in production, focusing on SLOs, monitoring, incident response, and continuous optimization.

Key duties involve ensuring production readiness through robust security measures and continuous performance monitoring. You will also manage AI operations, including cost controls and prompt versioning, to maintain optimal efficiency and reliability.

A strong foundation in OCI Generative AI, Data Science, vector databases, and embeddings is essential. Proficiency in Oracle data integration and governance, including PII classification and access control, is required. Demonstrable engineering expertise within the Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) domain to ensure AI outputs are grounded in relevant process and data context is critical. Experience with LLMOps, covering prompt/version control, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and FinOps cost controls, is also necessary.

Candidates must possess the ability to take Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to production, ensuring governance and reliability. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is mandated for this role, aligning with the required level of expertise and capability.
