This role focuses on developing and enhancing custom software solutions, specifically within SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create scalable, high-performing applications. A key aspect of this position involves utilizing AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

The emphasis is on seamless integration, delivering high-quality results, and boosting productivity through AI, without requiring deep model development expertise.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to accelerate analysis and documentation processes. Provide end-to-end support, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, rigorous testing, deployment, and post-launch hypercare. Integrate SAP FI seamlessly with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and CO, as well as external systems, using established integration patterns and APIs. Utilize AI copilots for generating functional specifications, validating configurations, creating test scripts, performing impact analyses, and producing comprehensive documentation. Implement pre-built AI services like anomaly detection and intelligent validations to optimize financial processes. Employ AI tools for efficient financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and rapid issue resolution. Ensure strict adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance benchmarks. Lead workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions, incorporating AI-enhanced insights. Foster strong collaboration with finance users, functional and technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver aligned and superior quality solutions. Contribute to the development of reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. Demonstrate experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules. Have hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing utilities. Understand fundamental AI concepts, their limitations, and the principles of responsible AI usage. Be proficient in applying pre-built AI services for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities related to finance processes and data. Communicate clearly and effectively, fostering collaboration between business and technical teams. Translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and readily adopt AI-enabled workflows. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
