This role focuses on developing and enhancing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate tasks like requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation. The primary goal is to deliver efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services to boost productivity.

This is not a role for deep AI model development, RAG, or agentic AI systems. Instead, it emphasizes improving productivity through AI-enabled assistance within SAP SD workflows. You'll play a key part in streamlining business processes and ensuring the effective functioning of sales and distribution operations.

Configure and optimize core SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Credit Management. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case creation. Support the entire implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements to post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems.

Apply AI-enabled tools for process analysis, pricing diagnostics, and impact analysis. Accelerate test planning and execution, and automate documentation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Use LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and governance requirements. Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs with AI-supported insights. Collaborate with logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

A strong understanding of SAP SD processes and the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle is essential. This includes expertise in order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, as well as master data management, IDocs, and common troubleshooting steps, is required.

Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis is crucial. You should be comfortable integrating pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD process flows and understand the principles of responsible AI usage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP SD configurations, are vital.

Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work with cross-functional stakeholders. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI augmented productivity tools are also expected. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is needed for this role.
