We are seeking a dynamic Application Architect / Senior Developer with a strong blend of hands-on development and practical solution design. You will leverage your expertise in .NET Core, MVC, and Python, coupled with front-end knowledge of React or Angular, and a foundational understanding of AI integration.

Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions, applying GenAI and Agentic AI to tackle complex business challenges and automate processes. Integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable business impact.

Engage in hands-on coding, developing, testing, and deploying application-heavy solutions with clean, efficient code in .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET), Python, and front-end technologies like React or Angular. Partner with senior architects on scalable, cloud-native application architecture design, prioritizing performance and maintainability.

Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns. Implement applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, ensuring portability and optimization. Integrate practical AI features, collaborate with DevOps on containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines, and optimize applications for performance and security. Foster team collaboration and commit to continuous learning in full-stack development, cloud technologies, and AI advancements.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in custom software development is required, with a total of 2-5 years of relevant experience. You should possess a strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.

Candidates should have demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), with strong proficiency in .NET and Python for backend development. Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular is essential. Basic exposure to AI/ML integration, practical experience with integration patterns, and familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (e.g., Terraform, Bicep) are expected.

Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, and an understanding of secure coding practices are necessary. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, and a willingness to learn are key soft skills for this role. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Azure Developer Associate, Azure AI Fundamentals, or similar certifications are a plus.
