Collaborate closely with project teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Perform essential maintenance and configuration for Kronos modules, including accruals and timekeeper functions. Provide support for functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Assist clients with testing, understanding the implemented solution, and provide guidance during system handover. Gain hands-on experience in test automation and manual testing specifically within the UKG platform. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment. Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Apply creative and analytical problem-solving skills in a demanding environment. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers, managing tasks to completion with minimal supervision. Possess a minimum of 4 to 5 years of dedicated experience in the Pro WFM domain. Demonstrate at least 2+ years of experience specifically with Pro WFM. Exhibit the capability to grasp business cases, features, high-level architecture, and the advantages of Data Hub, along with understanding data ingress/egress processes. Identify and analyze various settings related to pipelines and wrappers. Mandatory experience in migrating from WFC to Pro WFM is required. Acquire hands-on expertise in using Navigator, Paragon Transfer Manager, and the Data Migration Tool. Must have practical experience with Desktop reports. Detail implementation tasks and describe necessary mappings for Dimensions to effectively deliver pay code data to the Dimensions Data Hub. Understand how to validate reporting data in Data Hub, ensuring consistency between Dimensions, Data Hub, and other Data Hub considerations like role-level security, utilizing the data dictionary, importing/exporting data, and transitioning customers to support. Determine the most effective approach for addressing customer reporting needs, whether through Data views, standard reports, modified standard reports, or custom reports. Make necessary modifications to standard reports and publish the updated versions. Develop custom reports from scratch using BIRT Report Studio and implement computed columns within custom reports. Navigate and effectively leverage information available in the Data Dictionary. Be prepared to work in rotational shifts.
