This role focuses on developing bespoke software solutions, involving design, coding, and enhancement of system components. The engineer will be instrumental in creating tailored solutions for specific organizational needs, ensuring efficiency and adaptability.

- Drive independent work and achieve Subject Matter Expert (SME) status. - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. - Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborate with diverse teams to define and analyze custom software development needs. - Update and maintain existing software for improved performance and reliability. - Document software designs, processes, and modifications for knowledge transfer. - Support and mentor junior team members with their development tasks.

A strong foundation in Manufacturing Engineering MES is essential. Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Practical experience in coding, debugging, and testing custom software is required, alongside proficiency with modern frameworks for building scalable applications. Familiarity with system integration and ensuring seamless component communication is beneficial. Excellent problem-solving abilities are crucial for addressing technical challenges effectively.

Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES is a prerequisite. The position requires a 15-year full-time educational background and is based in our Bengaluru office.
