Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on Packaged Application Development. This full-time role involves designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business needs, with a minimum of 3 years of experience required.

This position leverages AI-powered technology to enhance SAP Configure Price & Quote (CPQ) solutions. You will utilize AI development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution. The focus is on improving quotation processes, product configuration, pricing accuracy, and sales enablement by integrating pre-built AI capabilities, accelerating cycle times and decision quality.

Configure and enhance SAP CPQ processes, including product configuration rules, pricing rules, quote generation, and guided selling. Accelerate tasks such as rule writing, documentation, test case creation, and error detection using AI copilots.

Support the entire application lifecycle from requirements gathering to hypercare. Ensure seamless synchronization with SAP Sales Cloud, ECC/S4 pricing, and master data. Apply AI copilots for requirement analysis, pattern detection, automated test scenario generation, and knowledge content drafting.

Integrate pre-built AI services for intelligent product recommendations, automated configuration summarization, AI-assisted quote validation, and opportunity scoring. Utilize LLM assisted troubleshooting to reduce resolution times for configuration or integration issues.

Ensure CPQ processes adhere to pricing governance, discount controls, and audit guidelines. Participate in workshops and reviews, collaborating with Sales, Pricing, Product Management, CRM, and ERP teams. Contribute reusable templates, test packs, and AI-enabled best practices.

A strong foundation in SAP CPQ configuration is essential, including hands-on experience with the rules engine, pricing logic, quote workflows, and guided selling. Understanding of CPQ integration with CRM and ERP pricing conditions is crucial.

Familiarity with product models, variant configuration concepts, and approval frameworks is expected. Experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-supported testing accelerators is required. You should be able to embed pre-built AI capabilities into CPQ workflows, understanding responsible AI usage.

This role demands robust analytical and problem-solving skills related to configuration, pricing, and quoting logic. The ability to translate business requirements into accurate CPQ configurations and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams is vital.
