Join us as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. This role leverages AI-assisted development tools to enhance financial processes, offering opportunities to design, code, and improve components across various systems.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations using AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems via standard integration patterns and APIs. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to improve finance processes. Employ AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster resolution. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions enhanced by AI insights. Collaborate with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders for aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and AI-assisted development best practices.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation/compliance. Demonstrate experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules. Exhibit hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools. Understand AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and practical applications of pre-built AI services, not model training or RAG. Apply AI effectively for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows.
