As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spearhead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions, applying GenAI and Agentic AI to tackle complex business challenges. Your work will involve automating processes and embedding intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.

Key responsibilities include hands-on coding of application-heavy solutions, writing clean and efficient code in Java Spring boot or Python, and contributing to front-end development with React or Angular. You will also collaborate with senior architects on designing scalable, cloud-native application architectures and build integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns.

Furthermore, you will deploy applications across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), implement practical AI features, and work with DevOps teams on containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines. Ensuring application performance, security, and fostering team collaboration are also crucial aspects of this role.

We are looking for a dynamic professional with 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect capacity. A strong command of Java Spring boot and Python for backend development is essential, complemented by practical experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is required. You should have practical experience with integration patterns, microservices architecture, and familiar with infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC. Basic exposure to AI/ML integration and cloud-native services is also expected.
