As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. This role emphasizes the use of modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions specifically tailored to unique business needs. You will contribute to the continuous innovation required to meet evolving project goals and improve overall system performance.

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders for effective project delivery. Perform maintenance and configuration for Kronos modules, including accruals and timekeeper. Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, and assist clients during system handover. Gain experience in test automation and manual testing for the UKG platform. Mentor junior team members and thrive in both team-based and independent work environments. Demonstrate creativity and analytical problem-solving skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to manage tasks effectively.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the Pro WFM domain is essential. Strong expertise in Kronos, with functional knowledge of Timekeeping, Accruals, and Basic Scheduler, is required. Candidates must possess knowledge of Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup within Pro WFM, as well as Tiles Setup and Display Profiles Setup. Practical experience and knowledge of Dell Boomi are also necessary. Familiarity with SQL Reporting is a must, while Boomi certification is a plus. Additional advantages include knowledge of Data Views Setup, building custom reports with BIRT, and managing CRT tables and integrations in Pro WFM.
