This role involves a dynamic daily workflow where you'll create tailored software solutions. You will collaborate with team members, adapt to evolving project requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in software development.

Independently perform tasks and become a subject matter expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. Provide solutions to work-related challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability. Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience is required, specifically in Anaplan. The candidate must possess proficiency in the Anaplan platform, including experience in developing and customizing solutions. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential for analyzing and resolving complex technical issues.

Familiarity with agile software development practices and iterative delivery models is expected. The role requires the ability to work with data integration and automation within Anaplan environments. Good communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

This position requires 15 years of full-time education and is based in our Chennai office.
