We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance components across various systems and applications. This role involves leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will be instrumental in developing custom software solutions that optimize business processes and drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP PP processes such as Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Production Orders & Execution, Routings, Work Centers & BOM Management, Capacity Planning & Scheduling, Backflushing & Costing Integration, and Goods Movements & Shop floor Reporting. You will utilize AI copilots to accelerate functional specification creation, routing/BOM validation, test case generation, and documentation automation. This role also involves supporting the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment and hypercare, and integrating PP with other SAP modules (MM, QM, SD, FI/CO) and shop floor systems.

Essential skills include strong SAP PP expertise in discrete manufacturing, with a deep understanding of BOM/routing management, production order cycles, capacity planning, scheduling, and MRP. Experience with integration across MM, QM, SD, and FI/CO, as well as familiarity with order confirmations and shop floor data capture processes are crucial. Candidates should possess AI-ready skills, including the ability to use AI copilots and automated documentation tools, with an awareness of responsible AI usage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are also required, along with a continuous learning mindset for adopting AI-assisted workflows.
