Join Accenture as a Custom Software Engineer focused on Packaged Application Development. This full-time role involves designing, coding, and enhancing components for SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. You'll leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. The position emphasizes integration, quality, and AI-enabled productivity.

This role integrates AI-assisted development tools to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting. While you'll utilize AI copilots and pre-built AI services, deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering is not required.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, accelerating analysis and documentation with AI copilots. Support end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to hypercare.

Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configuration, and generating test scripts. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection and intelligent validations to enhance finance processes.

Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit controls, and finance governance. Conduct workshops and testing cycles, leveraging AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate with finance users and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable development best practices.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Taxation, and compliance is essential. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required.

Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is crucial. A practical understanding of AI concepts and the ability to use AI for analysis, validation, and issue resolution are necessary. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills in finance processes and data.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams are important. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are expected. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement for this position.
