Support end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.

Accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, change request impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation through AI-enabled tools.

Incorporate pre-built AI features for automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of order/delivery issues.

Apply LLM-assisted troubleshooting during incidents to reduce resolution times and ensure system stability.

Ensure adherence to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, pricing governance, and compliance requirements.

Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs, leveraging AI-supported insights for optimization discussions.

Collaborate with logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, and technical teams to achieve end-to-end O2C alignment.

Contribute reusable templates, test packs, and best practices enhanced by AI-assisted accelerators.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order creation, availability to promise, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures.

Possess experience with seamless integrations between SD/FI and SD/MM, understanding cross-module dependencies.

Exhibit knowledge of essential master data elements (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting techniques.

Showcase hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing and analysis tools.

Be capable of integrating pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, focusing on enhancing productivity rather than developing custom LLMs or agentic systems.
