Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges. Automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include hands-on coding for developing, testing, and deploying application-heavy solutions. You will write clean, efficient code in Java Spring boot or Python for backend systems, and contribute to front-end development using React or Angular.

Partner with senior architects on designing scalable, cloud-native application architectures focused on performance and maintainability. Build and maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns. Develop and deploy applications across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) while optimizing for cost and performance.

Implement practical AI features for automation and basic analytics. Collaborate with DevOps teams on containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines, utilizing IaC tools like Terraform. Ensure applications meet performance and security standards through code reviews and adherence to best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical implementations, providing support and mentorship. Stay updated on full-stack development trends, cloud technologies, and AI advancements.

A minimum of 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development is required, with at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role. Proven experience building and deploying solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is essential.

Strong proficiency in Java Spring boot and Python for backend development is necessary. Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is also required. Basic exposure to AI/ML integration, including using cloud AI services or simple ML frameworks, is beneficial.

Practical experience with integration patterns like REST APIs and message queues, along with microservices architecture, is important. Familiarity with infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (e.g., Terraform) is expected. Experience with cloud-native services and working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools, are crucial.
