Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing sophisticated SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. Configure and enhance core SAP FI components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns and APIs. Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services, such as anomaly detection and intelligent validations, to optimize finance processes. Utilize AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and efficient issue resolution. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions, incorporating AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders. Contribute to the development of reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting (AA), Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance. Demonstrate experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules. Exhibit hands-on experience using AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing tools. Understand fundamental AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services. Apply AI effectively for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows.
