You will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. Leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies, you will deliver scalable, high-performing solutions precisely tailored to meet unique business requirements.

Design and develop robust Copilot Studio agents, defining topics, trigger phrases, entities, variables, and conversation flows. Configure generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and generative answers for accurate agent responses. Build and maintain Power Automate flows to enhance agent actions and integrate with line-of-business systems. Implement and utilize MCP Server tool/plugin connections to expand agent capabilities, and configure publishing across multiple channels. Tune agent behavior using Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection or custom grounding when necessary. Conduct thorough unit testing and troubleshoot conversational issues and connector problems. Apply responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle and collaborate on agent design, security, and ALM alignment.

A strong foundation in software development is essential, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM. Proficiency in Power Automate for flow-based automation and integration is required. Experience configuring MCP Server/tool connections to extend agent actions is necessary. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns is a valuable asset. A solid understanding of responsible AI principles and bias/safety validation practices is expected. Agile delivery experience and strong debugging skills for conversational flows are preferred.
