Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding processes, including new hire workflows, compliance steps, and document management. Utilize AI copilots to draft configuration notes, generate functional specifications, and automate documentation tasks. Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare. Coordinate seamless integration of Onboarding with other HR systems like Employee Central, Recruitment, and third-party applications. Apply AI-assisted tools for accelerated requirement interpretation, configuration validation, test script generation, and workflow creation. Enhance onboarding experiences using pre-built AI services, such as automated form validation and document summarization. Troubleshoot issues effectively with LLM-based analysis and guided debugging accelerators. Ensure adherence to data privacy, compliance, and security standards within HR systems. Participate in client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with HR, technical integration teams, and business stakeholders.

A strong foundation in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (version 2.0 preferred) is essential, coupled with an understanding of onboarding process flows and cross-module impacts. Familiarity with the integration architecture across core HR systems like EC, RCM, and DMS is required. Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based documentation tools, and AI-enabled analysis or testing accelerators. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities is crucial; custom model building or RAG/agentic AI development is not expected. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to HR workflows, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable configurations. Exhibit effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse functional and technical teams. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-assisted work are key attributes. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is necessary, with a preference for candidates with 2-5 years overall experience.
