We are seeking an experienced Python and AI/GenAI Engineer adept at constructing enterprise-grade GenAI applications. Your expertise will be crucial in building intelligent search solutions, sophisticated Agentic AI workflows, and robust, scalable data processing pipelines. A strong foundation in LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and contemporary AI frameworks is essential for success in this dynamic role.

Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge AI-powered applications utilizing Python. Build sophisticated enterprise GenAI solutions that harness the power of LLMs and natural language interfaces. Develop and optimize advanced RAG, Text-to-SQL, Semantic Search, and Agentic AI solutions. Architect and implement highly scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines. Seamlessly integrate AI models with existing enterprise applications and APIs. Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of AI applications. Contribute significantly to architectural decisions and provide mentorship to team members.

A minimum of 4 years of dedicated Python development experience is required. Possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI-GenAI-RAG and LLM application development. Proficiency in Python, OOPs principles, Design Patterns, and Unit Testing. Experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, and Django REST Framework. Strong knowledge of SQL, Data Modeling, and Shell Scripting. Familiarity with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation. Expertise in Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth, SSO). Demonstrated experience with LLM Integration (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar). Skilled in Vector Search, Semantic Search, and Agentic AI Workflows. Experience in GenAI Tooling and Natural Language Interface Development. Proven ability in RAG Pipeline Development & Optimization. Experience with Text-to-SQL Systems. Familiarity with libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Sentence Transformers. Proficiency with Hugging Face Transformers and Embedding Models. Experience using Vector Databases (FAISS, Qdrant, Weaviate, or similar) and managing Embeddings and Vector Stores. Knowledge of Grafana for Monitoring & Observability. Proficient with Git and CI/CD practices.
