This role focuses on developing custom software solutions, encompassing design, coding, and enhancement of system components. As a Custom Software Engineer, you will create tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and adapting to evolving project needs are integral to fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

The core responsibility involves authoring Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC) compliant with iSpec 2200 and approved maintenance procedure documentation rules. A significant portion of the role requires 5-10 years of mandatory IPC Authoring experience for specific Airbus models (A320, A330, A380, and A350). You will be expected to perform independently and contribute as a proofreader.

Key duties include interpreting client engineering inputs to ensure procedures reflect maintenance philosophy, system redundancy, and failure management logic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering solutions with project requirements and actively participate in team discussions, offering solution-oriented contributions.

A minimum of 3 years of overall experience is required for this position. Essential skills include 5-10 years of mandatory IPC Authoring experience for Airbus A320, A330, A380, and A350 aircraft. Additionally, at least 3 years of proofreading experience on IPC for the Airbus fleet is necessary. A relevant Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering background (B.E/B.Tech) and English proficiency at a B2+ level are also required.

The role necessitates 15 years of full-time education. While not mandatory, authoring experience of ATA 25-IPC would be a distinct advantage for candidates applying for this role.
