Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, specializing in Packaged Application Development. This full-time role involves designing, coding, and enhancing software components using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver high-performing, scalable solutions tailored to business needs. You'll leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate various project phases.

Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) solutions. We are looking for individuals who can integrate pre-built AI capabilities to enhance hiring efficiency, data quality, and the overall candidate experience, without requiring advanced AI engineering skills.

Configure and support SAP SF Recruiting components, including job requisitions, approvals, postings, and offer management. Utilize AI copilots to accelerate specification creation, validation of rules and workflows, test case generation, and documentation automation. Execute end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering to hypercare. Integrate Recruiting with other core HR systems like Employee Central and Onboarding, as well as external job boards and third-party systems. Apply AI copilots for requirement summarization, candidate flow analysis, error pattern detection, and auto-generation of knowledge artifacts. Integrate pre-built AI services for automated job description enhancement and intelligent applicant classification. Leverage LLM-assisted troubleshooting to minimize issue resolution time. Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and data privacy policies. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other technical teams.

Possess hands-on experience with SAP SF Recruiting (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK). Demonstrate understanding of requisition and application templates, candidate profile management, and recruiting workflows. Familiarity with integration points across EC, Onboarding, job boards, and recruiting vendors is essential. Experience using AI copilots, documentation automation tools, and AI-enabled test accelerators is required. Ability to incorporate pre-built AI services into hiring workflows for enhanced insights and productivity. Possess strong analytical skills for troubleshooting workflow, template, or integration issues. Exhibit skill in translating recruiting processes into scalable system configurations. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are necessary for effective teamwork across HR and IT departments. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-assisted productivity tools are highly valued.
