This role emphasizes hands-on development and problem-solving within complex system architectures. You'll be instrumental in creating robust applications that drive business value and support strategic objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to successfully bringing these custom solutions to life.

Spearhead data migration strategies for IFS Cloud implementations and upgrades. This includes developing detailed plans, timelines, and execution approaches. You will analyze business and legacy data needs, translating them into effective migration solutions.

Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand source data, target structures, and transformation rules. Design and execute migration tasks using IFS Data Migration Manager and FND Migration Tools. Configure and maintain migration jobs, templates, and mappings. Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, cleansing, and loading.

Coordinate multiple migration cycles, including mock migrations, SIT, UAT, and production cutovers. Resolve migration errors, data inconsistencies, and quality issues. Reconcile data between source and target systems, ensuring business requirements are met. Monitor migration execution, providing status updates to stakeholders. Support cutover planning and final data migration validation. Contribute to the development of migration standards and best practices.

We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically in IFS Solutions. A strong foundation in IFS Cloud data migration, including planning and execution, is essential. You must have demonstrable experience with IFS Data Migration Manager and IFS FND Migration Tools.

Possess a solid understanding of IFS Cloud data structures, entities, and application architecture. Experience developing and executing migration jobs, alongside a deep comprehension of data mapping, transformation, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation is crucial. Experience with complex, large-volume data migrations and troubleshooting migration errors is expected. Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL for data analysis and troubleshooting is required.

A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
