Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. You'll utilize AI assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate tasks like requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The focus is on creating efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services where beneficial, and improving overall productivity through AI-enabled assistance rather than deep AI model development.

Key responsibilities include SAP SD functional and technical delivery, configuring and optimizing components such as Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Shipment Processing, and Billing & Invoicing. You will leverage AI copilots for drafting functional specs, validating pricing logic, and automating test case generation. This role supports end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, and post-go-live support. Additionally, you'll integrate SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems.

Enhance productivity with AI-enabled tools for process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Utilize LLM assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements, while contributing reusable templates and best practices amplified by AI.

We are seeking candidates with strong SAP SD expertise, including a deep understanding of O2C processes from order creation to billing. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with knowledge of master data, IDocs, and common SD troubleshooting steps, is essential. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.

Candidates should possess AI-ready skills, including hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows is crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in O2C scenarios, coupled with effective communication and collaboration skills, are vital. A continuous learning mindset and comfort using AI-augmented productivity tools are highly valued. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
