This role focuses on developing and enhancing custom software solutions for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. You will leverage modern frameworks, agile practices, and AI-assisted development tools to create scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. The primary goal is to deliver efficient Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

This position involves improving the efficiency of requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting through AI enablement, rather than focusing on deep AI model development or agentic AI systems. You will be instrumental in transforming business operations through innovative software engineering.

Configure and optimize key SAP SD components including order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, credit management, and returns. Utilize AI copilots to accelerate tasks such as drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, automating test case generation, and creating documentation. Support full implementation cycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware. Apply AI-enabled tools to enhance process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of issues. Employ LLM assistance for incident troubleshooting to reduce resolution times. Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements. Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs, leveraging AI-supported insights. Collaborate effectively with logistics, finance, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure seamless O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates, test packs, and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

A strong understanding of SAP SD processes, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns is essential. Demonstrated experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, as well as cross-module dependencies. Familiarity with master data (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools is required. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows is necessary; developing custom LLMs or agentic systems is not within the scope. Understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations within commercial workflows is important. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios. Capability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders. Commitment to continuous learning and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory for this role.
