As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be expected to act as a subject matter expert and perform independently. Assisting and mentoring junior team members is also part of this role, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

This role requires a strong foundation in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). Experience with Exadata Administration is a plus. You should possess in-depth knowledge of database architecture, backup and recovery strategies, and performance tuning techniques. Essential skills include managing database security, user access, and ensuring data integrity. The ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve database issues, along with familiarity in scripting and automation for database management tasks, is expected. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, and candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
