As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with diverse teams to gather requirements, crafting innovative software solutions, and ensuring applications meet all functional and non-functional specifications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and debugging, continuously seeking ways to enhance application performance and user experience. Effective communication and stakeholder coordination will be key to achieving project milestones and aligning deliverables with business goals.

Take ownership of tasks and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to boost team expertise. Engage in code reviews to uphold best practices and standards.

Possess a strong command of Java Full Stack Development. Demonstrate a robust understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Have experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Be familiar with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL. Possess knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. Completion of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
