Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and contribute to developing innovative automotive digital cockpit solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will play a key part in delivering scalable, high-performance software tailored to specific automotive needs.

As an early-career engineer, you'll work within the VHAL and Car Framework under experienced guidance. The focus will be on well-scoped implementation tasks, rigorous testing, tooling development, and defect resolution, while rapidly building expertise in AOSP and automotive concepts.

- Implement well-defined changes, extend existing functionalities, and add new features. - Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests to improve code coverage. - Develop and support development and testing tools, including scripts and simulators. - Assist with build, flash, and bring-up procedures on development hardware. - Reproduce issues, collect necessary logs, and resolve straightforward defects with mentorship.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automotive Digital Cockpit Solutions is mandatory. - 3+ years of overall software engineering experience, with significant exposure to Android or embedded systems. - Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin for writing clear, functional code and unit tests. - Solid understanding of C++ fundamentals, including syntax, classes, pointers, and STL, enabling effective code modification. - Familiarity with Android application and service fundamentals, including components, lifecycle, Service, AIDL, and permissions. - Basic competence in Linux command-line operations and Git. - A strong willingness and proven ability to quickly grasp platform-level concepts. - A 15-year full-time education is required.
