Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on full-stack development. This role involves hands-on coding, solution design, integration development, and multi-cloud implementation.
We are looking for a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to build enterprise-grade solutions. You'll utilize Generative and Agentic AI frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a dynamic Mid-Level Application Architect/Senior Developer with strong practical experience in .NET Core, MVC, and Python, coupled with front-end skills in React or Angular and a foundational understanding of AI integration.
Key responsibilities include hands-on coding, developing, testing, and deploying application-heavy solutions using languages like .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET) and Python. You will also contribute to front-end development with React or Angular. Partner with senior architects on designing scalable, cloud-native application architectures and build/maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns. Deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, ensuring portability and optimization.
Implement practical AI features using cloud-based AI services or frameworks. Collaborate with DevOps for containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines, utilizing IaC tools. Ensure applications meet performance and security standards through code reviews and adherence to best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical implementations and stay updated on full-stack development, cloud technologies, and AI advancements.
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in full-stack development is required, with at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role. Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is essential. Strong proficiency in .NET and Python for backend development, alongside hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular, is necessary.
Basic exposure to AI/ML integration, practical experience with integration patterns and microservices architecture, and familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC are required. Experience with cloud-native services and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools, is also expected. A solid understanding of secure coding practices and basic enterprise security standards is important. Soft skills include strong debugging and problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
