As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be expected to perform independently and develop into a subject matter expert.

You will actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project needs, developing effective software solutions, and maintaining/enhancing existing software components for optimal performance.

You will also be responsible for documenting development processes and solutions, and assisting junior team members to foster their professional development.

We require a strong proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.

Candidates should possess solid experience in software development, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies.

An ability to design scalable and maintainable software components tailored to diverse business needs is essential.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability is expected. Experience collaborating with teams to integrate software components across systems is also a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio is mandatory, alongside a commitment to 15 years of full-time education.
