Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a key role in developing tailored software solutions. You'll be responsible for designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-performance, scalable applications that precisely meet business requirements.

Your daily activities will involve close collaboration with team members to deeply understand project needs, crafting innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of applications within existing infrastructure. A significant part of your role will also include participating in thorough testing and debugging processes, thereby contributing to the overall excellence and performance of the software solutions we create.

As an integral part of the team, you are expected to operate independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).

Your contributions will be vital in active team discussions and providing effective solutions to work-related challenges.

Responsibilities include assisting in the documentation of application processes and workflows, and participating in code reviews to uphold best practices and maintain high-quality standards.

To excel in this role, you need a strong command of Python.

Familiarity with AWS Glue and AWS Architecture is highly beneficial.

A solid understanding of software development methodologies and experience with version control systems like Git are essential. Proficiency in database management and SQL is also required.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python programming and a total of 15 years of full-time education. The role is based in our Pune office.
