Independently drive projects and become a subject matter expert. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions. Maintain and enhance existing software to boost performance and reliability. Document development processes and changes for knowledge sharing. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth.

A strong proficiency in Splunk is essential. Experience in developing and maintaining custom software using contemporary frameworks is required. You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities for complex technical issues. Familiarity with agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial. The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly is crucial. Knowledge of system performance optimization and scalable design principles is valued. A minimum of 3 years of experience is necessary, with a preference for 3-5 years. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite.
