As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design and develop bespoke software solutions that enhance critical system components. This role involves hands-on coding, refining existing applications, and actively participating in an agile framework to deliver robust and efficient software. You'll focus on creating high-quality, customized software aligned with specific business needs, ultimately improving system performance and functionality.

Independently perform tasks and become a subject matter expert. Contribute actively to team discussions and problem-solving. A strong foundation in SAP HCM Payroll is essential, including deep knowledge of payroll processing and related business operations within SAP. You should be adept at customizing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll modules and possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll calculations and integrations. Familiarity with SAP development tools for enhancing payroll functions is also required, alongside an understanding of data security and compliance in payroll processing. Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll is mandatory. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
