Join our dynamic team as a Custom Software Engineer, where you'll architect and implement cutting-edge software solutions for Automotive High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems. This role focuses on developing applications and platform services leveraging Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture, essential for Software Defined Vehicles (SDVs).
You will collaborate closely with system architects, platform teams, and requirements engineers to create robust, scalable, and high-performance software. The position involves the full software development lifecycle, from design and coding to debugging, testing, and deployment, all while adhering to stringent automotive quality, safety, and cybersecurity standards.
We seek individuals with deep expertise in Modern C++, Linux/QNX, service-oriented communication, and the latest automotive middleware technologies. If you are passionate about innovation in the automotive space and thrive in agile environments, this is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of mobility.
Develop and maintain Adaptive AUTOSAR applications and services on Linux/QNX-based HPC platforms. Design, implement, and integrate software components using Modern C++ (C++14/17/20) with adherence to industry coding standards. Build Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications utilizing Adaptive AUTOSAR communication frameworks. Analyze, debug, and resolve software defects across distributed automotive ECU environments. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement effective software solutions. Develop and integrate communication services using protocols like SOME/IP, Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, DDS, and MQTT. Execute software integration, validation, and troubleshooting on target automotive platforms. Create and enhance unit, integration, and automated test frameworks for software reliability. Develop CI/CD pipelines for efficient software build and deployment. Participate in architecture and code reviews, contributing to technical discussions. Monitor and enhance software quality metrics, including code coverage and static analysis. Support software lifecycle activities in compliance with ASPICE, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity requirements. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize software for resource-efficient execution. Maintain comprehensive software documentation and technical artifacts. Adhere to clean coding standards and best engineering practices.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software development. Proficiency in Modern C++ development on Linux/QNX platforms is essential. Hands-on experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture and middleware services is mandatory. Strong understanding of Automotive High-Performance Computing (HPC), Domain Controllers, and Zonal Architectures. Expertise in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and automotive communication frameworks. Familiarity with protocols such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, SOME/IP, DDS, and MQTT. Experience with multi-threaded programming, IPC mechanisms, memory management, and performance optimization. Proficiency in source code management tools like Git and build systems such as CMake. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Knowledge of software quality metrics and debugging/profiling tools (e.g., GDB, Valgrind, Wireshark). Understanding of ASPICE, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), and Cybersecurity (ISO 21434) standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial. High affinity for technology and a passion for Software Defined Vehicle advancements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are valued.
