As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications that precisely meet business process and application requirements. Your role involves understanding intricate business needs and transforming them into functional, efficient software solutions that align with strategic organizational objectives. Collaboration is key, as you'll work with diverse stakeholders to refine application features and drive continuous improvements within our software environment, ultimately contributing to streamlined and effective business operations.

You are expected to work independently and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation and valuable contributions in team discussions are essential. You will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to complex work-related challenges.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and meticulously analyze application requirements. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Document application configurations and updates thoroughly to facilitate knowledge sharing and streamline future maintenance efforts.

Support and mentor junior team members by sharing your expertise and offering guidance when needed.

A strong command of the Pega Platform is mandatory. You should possess a deep understanding of application design and configuration principles specifically within the Pega ecosystem. Experience in developing and customizing business process management applications is highly valued.

The ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them effectively into robust technical solutions is crucial. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies will be beneficial. Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance is expected.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Pega Platform. A full-time education spanning 15 years is required for this role.
