You will integrate SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting capabilities and utilize AI-assisted development tools for accelerated financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

This position prioritizes integration excellence, quality delivery, and AI-driven productivity. It does not require deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering expertise.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business needs into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to expedite analysis and documentation. Provide end-to-end support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems via standard integration patterns and APIs. Employ AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Leverage pre-built AI services like anomaly detection and intelligent validations to optimize finance processes. Utilize AI tools for interpreting financial data, diagnosing errors, and achieving faster resolutions. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Facilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions with AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders. Contribute to the development of reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

A strong grasp of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting (AA), Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation/compliance. Demonstrated experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is necessary. A foundational understanding of AI concepts, its limitations, responsible AI usage, and practical application of pre-built AI services is expected (model training, RAG, or agentic development are not prerequisites). Proficiency in using AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution is key. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities concerning finance processes and data. Exhibit clear communication skills and a collaborative approach with both business and technical teams. Ability to effectively translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. A commitment to continuous learning and comfort in adopting AI-enabled workflows is important. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
