Essential technical proficiencies include Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and MySQL. A strong understanding of RESTful API design and development is also required. Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications is a must.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git is necessary. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker is beneficial. A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with Spring Boot is mandatory for this role. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
