We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance software components. This role focuses on developing scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies to meet specific business requirements. You will take ownership of the development process and serve as a key liaison for project communications, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. A proactive approach to task management and problem-solving is essential for delivering quality software efficiently.

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will independently lead development efforts and become a subject matter expert. Your responsibilities include active participation in team discussions, contributing innovative solutions to complex problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will translate requirements into technical specifications, maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, and continuously optimize application performance and scalability. Guidance and knowledge sharing with junior team members will also be a key aspect of this role.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based application solutions, coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and API integration is expected. A solid understanding of cloud security best practices is also beneficial.
