We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance system components. This role involves developing scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies to meet specific business needs.

The position focuses on leveraging AI-assisted development tools to expedite requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution. The core objective is to deliver robust customer credit evaluation, monitoring, and risk mitigation capabilities. This integration of pre-built AI services aims to enhance accuracy and efficiency without requiring custom AI model development.

Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP Credit Management processes, such as credit master data, scoring rules, limits, approvals, exposure management, and credit checks. You will integrate with SD, FI AR, Collections, and Dispute Management. Utilize AI copilots to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, configuration documentation, testing procedures, and process flow diagrams. Support end-to-end delivery, coordinate integrations with external credit agencies and middleware, and apply AI copilots for requirement summarization, impact analysis, documentation generation, and troubleshooting.

Integrate pre-built AI services for intelligent credit scoring, anomaly detection, predictive risk signals, and automated trend summarization. Employ LLM-assisted analysis to identify recurring issues in credit blocks and document flows. Ensure compliance with audit requirements, credit governance, and financial controls. Collaborate with various finance, sales, and risk management teams to optimize credit processes and develop reusable templates and best practices.

Essential skills include strong hands-on experience with SAP FSCM Credit Management, covering rule-based scoring, credit control areas, limit approvals, and exposure calculations. A solid understanding of integrations with SD, FI AR, and Collections/Disputes is required, along with familiarity with BAPI/BAdI enhancements and workflow rules.

Experience with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators is vital. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into credit and risk workflows, understanding responsible AI usage and its limitations in finance and risk management contexts, is also necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in financial risk, credit processes, and customer behavior analysis are expected. The role demands the ability to translate policy requirements into scalable SAP configurations and effective communication across teams. A continuous learning mindset with comfort adopting AI-driven tools is crucial. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.
